Shreya Mantha from Carolina Union Volleyball Club is the founder of a 501(C)3 non-profit called Foundation for Girls. The organization was started in 2014 and helps to nurture the leader in every girl. Mantha created the organization after learning that more than 20,000 girls in her community of Charlotte, North Carolina are the victims of human trafficking.
