Coaches invest intellectual, emotional, and social capital to enable women in their journey to financial resilience and economic mobility. FFG coaches are compassionate and invest time, teach skills, and build relationships to transform lives. FFG Coaches are “accountability and reasoning buddies” who have a multi-year commitment to participants and are invested in seeing an impact over the long term. They are investing in making their communities stronger and in leading long-term sustained systemic change.

FFG coaches embody the FFG value system and live the FFG principles. We are intentional about investing in our coaches as much as we invest in our participants. Coaches are the FFG Family. We invest and grow at the same time. We give and we get in our own unique ways. We impact and are impacted every time we invest to make our participants stronger and our communities richer. We are ordinary but collectively we are an extraordinary group of coaches and changemakers. Our collective consciousness stems from our set of shared beliefs, ideas, and moral attitudes which enables us to be a unifying force, the voice of change, and uplift the marginalized within society.
